Adding your paid podcast
sleepcast plays your own podcast feeds — including the private, subscriber-only ones. The only tricky part isn't sleepcast; it's finding the private link the paid service gives you. Here's how, in plain steps.
1. Find your private link
Every paid podcast gives subscribers a personal RSS link. Where to copy it:
- Sleep With Me Plus / Supercast: in Supercast, open “Listening links” or “Add to other apps”, then tap Copy RSS feed.
- Patreon: go to the creator's page → Membership → “Listen on other apps” / Get RSS link → Copy.
- Apple Podcasts subscriptions: these are locked to Apple and usually can't be exported — check whether the show also offers a Patreon or Supercast link instead.
The link is a long web address ending in .rss, .xml,
or ?feed=… — not the show's normal web page.
2. Add it to sleepcast
- Open the app and scroll to “Add custom feed.”
- Paste your private link into the top box. (Add a name in the second box if you like — optional.)
- Tap Add feed, then turn it on with its checkbox.
- Pick a timer and tap the moon. Close your eyes.
Will it remember my feeds?
Yes — the feeds you add, which ones are on, and your timer are all saved right in your browser and come back the next night. No re-adding.
Two things to know: it saves per device and browser (there's no account, so a feed added on your phone won't show up on your laptop), and it survives closing the tab — but not clearing your browsing data or using private/incognito mode. Nothing you add is ever logged or stored on a server.
If a feed won't load
It's almost always the link. Double-check you copied the full private RSS URL, not the show's public web page. If it still won't load, the service may not offer an exportable feed (common with Apple-only subscriptions) — look for a Patreon or Supercast option for the same show.
